Organisation statement:

We offer Healing Pods which are virtual learning and support communities for people in recovery from mental health problems.

Commitment to digital participation:

Our project aims to reduce isolation through digital participation and provide learning opportunities for people to engage in a self-management journey.

Support offered:

We are working on developing a mental health support and learning environment where people get access via a membership scheme to different levels of engagement. The first tier is free for everyone and we offer time-limited programmes where people learn self-management techniques. We use zoom for our classes and also create a support group chat via Whatsapp. In addition, our customers learn basic digital skills to join our community. The second tier offers podcasts, guest speakers and one to one support. The third tier offers long-term courses where people can become Trainers or Peer Support Workers.
