Bridgewater HA (BHA) celebrated 22 years in 2020, with a strong track record as a high performing social housing provider in Erskine. BHA own and manage 849 properties and provide a factoring service to over 2,500 owner occupiers. BHA is a registered Scottish Charity No SC 035819, Property Factor Registration No PF000105 and Scottish Housing Regulator No HAL301.
