We ensure that individuals do not suffer through ignorance of their rights and responsibilities or the services available to them ; or through an inability to express their needs. We do this by offering a free, confidential service supporting clients with advice, information and will support them if they are unable to access digital processes
Commitment to digital participation:
We ensure that clients without access to computers get the access and support from us where possible to make claims, download forms or find information or we signpost them to available digital support if we cannot accommodate them
We will continue to support clients who do not have the skills to use digital and would ultimately like to expand this support if resources permit.
