Dalkeith Citizens Advice Bureau
We will work with the most vulnerable in our community to ensure that individuals do not suffer through
ignorance of their rights and responsibilities or of the services available; or
through an inability to express their needs.
We are a free, impartial, non judgemental and confidential service, here to help the community.
Commitment to digital participation:
We will strive to deliver advice and support in a medium the clients can understand and assist them to develop the essential digital skills needed to progress with Welfare Benefit application and build confidence in managing their lives in the new digital era, whatever way we can.
We will offer our offices and time to help and support clients along with local agencies to provide online access and support clients in making online applications.
We are always looking for more volunteers within the Bureau. Whatever your skill, if you have free time we would love to hear from you. We need to update out IT equipment to cope with helping clients to add data to their online journals.
