Callander Youth Project Trust
Callander Youth Project Trust (CYP) is an independent voluntary youth organisation. Based in Callander and serving 400 square miles of rural Stirlingshire, CYP provides opportunities for young people experiencing rural isolation and those who face barriers to accessing recreation, training, education and employment. CYP delivers a range of community youth work provision for young people aged 11 to 16, including youth clubs and holiday activity programmes, as well as employability and skills provision for 16 to 25 year olds, including Jobs Club, work experience programmes and Modern Apprenticeships.
Commitment to digital participation:
Our wi-fi enabled premises and public-access computer stations are available for all young people to use, whether as a drop-in, or as part of a supported programme. We are accredited to deliver SQA Core Skills in Information and Communication technology and offer training and support to young people who engage with our project.
